Uncovered

The story follows Han Seo Jin and Tae Yun, two men whose relationship is already marked by distance when their paths come together again. Something between them has been left unresolved, and avoidance has become part of the way they deal with each other. Tae Yun refuses to simply accept that distance, pushing Seojin to face him rather than continue looking away. Their reunion is complicated by a fear that reaches beyond their relationship. Cameras, lenses and the presence of other people remain difficult for one of them to confront, turning attention itself into something threatening. The instinct to withdraw clashes with the determination of the person standing beside him, who no longer intends to allow important decisions to be made alone or another disappearance to happen without resistance. The two gradually find themselves confronting the separation that has shaped their relationship. Words left unsaid and the absence of the other continue to affect their encounters, while physical and emotional distance becomes increasingly difficult to maintain. Rather than letting one of them retreat whenever the situation becomes overwhelming, their renewed connection forces both men to remain present and acknowledge what still exists between them. As Seo Jin and Tae Yun move closer again, Uncovered centers their relationship on the tension between hiding and allowing oneself to be seen. Their story unfolds around a man who remains frightened of exposure and another who is determined not to watch him disappear from his life again.
